TheAmani Store Shopify Case Study | Premium Fashion eCommerce Development by SolveEase
SolveEase partnered with Dubai-based TheAmani Store to launch a premium Shopify eCommerce platform for the Indian market with custom development, payment gateway integration, logistics automation, and a scalable shopping experience.

How we took TheAmani Store from a Dubai fashion label to a fully live ecommerce brand in India
A Shopify build, payment and logistics stack, and end-to-end storefront experience for a UAE-origin apparel brand expanding into the Indian market — designed and delivered by Solve-Ease in partnership with Mridu AI.
About TheAmani Store
TheAmani Store is a Dubai-based fashion and apparel brand known for its curated clothing collections across multiple categories. Having built a following in the UAE, the brand set its sights on India — one of the world's fastest-growing ecommerce markets — and needed a storefront that could carry its identity across borders while operating smoothly on Indian rails: local payments, local logistics, and local buying behaviour.
That's where Solve-Ease and Mridu AI came in. We were brought on to design, build, and operationalise TheAmani Store's India ecommerce presence from the ground up — not just a website, but a working sales channel.
The challenge
Launching an international fashion brand into a new market isn't just a design job. TheAmani Store needed:
- A storefront that reflected the brand's identity while feeling native to Indian shoppers browsing across sections and categories.
- Reliable Indian payment acceptance, so customers could check out with the methods they actually trust and use.
- A logistics setup that could get apparel from warehouse to doorstep across India, not just one city.
- A platform that wouldn't require a developer on call for every catalog update, discount, or seasonal drop.
- Custom functionality that off-the-shelf themes and apps couldn't deliver out of the box.
The solution: a Shopify build made for India-ready fashion retail
We built TheAmani Store on Shopify as the core platform, then layered in custom app integrations and bespoke styling so the store could operate like a full ecommerce business — not just a catalog with a "buy" button.
A Shopify storefront custom-styled to TheAmani Store's brand — structured navigation across apparel sections, a clean product browsing experience, and a design system built to convert browsers into buyers.
Beyond Shopify's defaults, we integrated custom apps to handle brand-specific requirements — the kind of functionality a generic theme simply doesn't ship with.
A working payment gateway integration so Indian customers can pay the way they prefer, with transactions flowing straight into order processing without manual reconciliation.
Integration with a logistics aggregator to handle shipping across India — connecting orders to delivery partners without the brand having to manage carrier relationships one by one.
The result is a store that's genuinely operational: products go in, orders come in, payments get collected, and shipments go out — all through one connected system.
How it works: from browse to doorstep
-
Discover the collection
Shoppers land on TheAmani Store and browse apparel by section, with a layout designed to keep the focus on the product.
-
Check out with confidence
The integrated payment gateway lets customers pay through familiar, trusted methods, right at the point of decision.
-
Order flows into fulfilment
Every order is captured on Shopify and routed into the fulfilment workflow without manual handling.
-
Logistics takes over
The logistics aggregator integration picks up the order and moves it through India's delivery network.
-
The brand keeps running the business
TheAmani Store's team manages catalog, pricing, and promotions directly — no developer needed for day-to-day operations.
Where things stand today
TheAmani Store is live and taking orders in India. Payments, logistics, and the storefront itself are working together as one system rather than a patchwork of disconnected tools — which was the whole point. For a brand entering a new country, that means less time firefighting infrastructure and more time focused on the product and the customer.

Who this is for
This build is a template for how we help brands enter new markets — not just fashion, and not just India-bound. It's especially suited to:
International fashion & apparel brands entering India
Brands with an established identity abroad that need a storefront which feels native to Indian shoppers from day one.
D2C brands outgrowing a generic Shopify theme
Businesses that need custom app integrations and functionality a stock theme can't provide.
Retailers who need payments and logistics solved together
Teams that don't want to stitch together a payment gateway, a courier, and a storefront as three separate projects.
Founders who want to run the store, not the codebase
Non-technical teams who need to manage catalog and promotions themselves once the store is live.
